Michael Straczynski. The show centers on the Babylon 5 space station: a focal point for politics, diplomacy, and conflict in the late 2250s and early 2260s. With its prominent use of pre-planned story arcs, the series was often described as a "novel for television." Babylon 5 took place on the space station located in neutral space in the year of 2250, 10 years after the Earth-Minbari War. It follows the conflicts between humans and aliens as some races exists. The space station was headed by Commander Sinclair, and its his main duty to establish peace and prosperity between various empires within the earth alliance.
